For several years I've used the Vim-daily PPA on launchpad.net to get
pre-built updated versions, which I use on Ubuntu. This past year the
maintainer of those PPAs died and the PPAs are gone. There are no other
Vim PAs on launchpad.
Would anyone know of another place, or repository, where one might get
regular updated versions, without having to compile Vim one's self?
Compįling always has gotchas, hoops to jump through, but I (or anyone
wanting to keep Vim updated) may not have a choice at this point.
